how to use Classic with this app?

So I downloaded Classic to my Pre, but I'm confused as to how to download the free trial of this Palm OS app to my Pre....

ECTACO Palm OS translation software. LingvoSoft Talking Dictionary English <-> Polish for Palm OS. Dictionaries

Do I just drag and drop the exe file to my Pre using a usb cable? And once the app is in my Pre, how do I launch it?

The Classic app is pretty well documented here:

Classic - MotionApps

But basically, the download of a PalmOS app should be a .PRC file and you just use the Pre USB connection to copy that to the /ClassicApps folder (or possibly the /install folder under that, it's changed slightly and I'm not sure which offhand, but I think they actually both will work).
