The french make very nice soap, but I heard that they just dont like using it. I dont know

I heard that too, the same person also told me that people from Boulder CO eat cow dung and that the sun revolves around the earth, which he claims is flat..

Sorry...you were mis-informed. Most in the People's Republic of Boulder are actually vegan. No cow, but does chicken sh!t come to mind.
