NRG, I may be wrong, but I think that line may have been directed to the other Wacko...you know, the "Blood Stained, War Criminal" spewing kook above.

This has strayed from it's original Treo-centric subject and is now officially, "Off-Topic".

NRG - I would have hated to see your post before you edited it!
I said thumbs down to you becuase you gave me a thumbs down regarding my 'rumors' which I am sure you have heard or read yourself by now.
"Some people say" and a thumbs down sign is uncalled for.

Yes, the liberal wacko comments were not directed torwards you . . . it seems people like that would be happier living in France. I was listening to some other liberal wacko on talk radio early this morning who got me rialed up and when I saw those stupid talking points I had to react.

"We had signed a waiver more than a year ago," Attorney Joseph Tate said. "We didn't think this had anything to do with Scooter. I was under the impression from talking to [Miller attorney Floyd] Abrams that she was protecting a number of other sources."

    --
"Libby's attorney, Joseph Tate, says he and his client released Miller to testify more than a year ago. Tate said he was surprised when her attorneys again asked for a release in the last few weeks.

Miller's lawyers said there was "a misunderstanding and Judy wanted to hear it straight from the horse's mouth" that Libby was releasing her to talk to the grand jury about their conversation, Tate said."
    - AP News

She asked AGAIN in the LAST FEW WEEKS? She had already been in jail for months? Something is not right with that picture. Who cares if it was delivered by the lawyer, a blanket policy, etc. - which was your point NRG.
They told her several times in verbal and writing that it was OK to testify.
Then in the last few weeks she asks again? ulterior motives - 'nuff said

Yeah you probably would've not wanted to see what was there before. Some people say is what got the thumbs down not you. I just feel they are rumors and unfounded. BTW still waiting for a cite on those "rumors".

I don't think questioning the admin or it's motives are suggesting they would be happier in France. I think it is a suggestion they are unhappy with the current admin.

This where the confusion is. This is nothing more than spin from the sources attorney. She stated clearly before she was incarcerated "I will not reveal my sources till I am told by them in person". How did I know this yet Libby's attorney did not. I call BS.

Man your a good Monday Morning Quarterback - there could be ANY number of reasons why he waited. I won't even bother to list any.
