The CSV (Comma Separated Value) file format is often used to exchange data between disparate applications. The file format, as it is used in Microsoft Excel, has become a pseudo standard throughout the industry, even among non-Microsoft platforms. It is basically a text file respresentation of a spreadsheet or database with commas seperating different fields. So I can export a store list in an csv file and import it into this program to get directions and visuals of where they are actually located.

I've spent hours using it! I like to check out all the places that I've been on holiday. Shame there's poor coverage of the UK though, but no doubt this will improve with time.
