Anyone having problems with the Zire 72s stylus falling out? I tried a metal
replacement, but that is even worse.

In a little less than 1 year, my stylus is now falling out. It used to click in nicely, and I have always used a metal stylus. I asked to have it repaired under warrantee and they said no way. The person on the phone just told me to "bend my stylus a little bit". That is a poor solution in my mind.

    Several solutions:

    1. Slight bend
    2. Apply some clear nail polish remover to shaft (let completely dry before reinserting)

nail polish on the shaft? You sure that's safe?

On the shaft of the Treo Stylus it's fine...use at your own risk on other shaft types.

    Chewing gum.

Won't help the stylus issue but it gets the edge off.
