    And yes, I'm talking about burning a cross to intimidate people...first performed by the KKK in 1915. I've done a bit of looking on the internet and couldn't find out why the KKK burned a cross to intimidate people. Think about it...if you didn't know the history of the US and saw a cross-burning....your first thought would almost assuridly be....they're demostrating against Christianity.

    When people protest against the US...they burn the flag....so it makes sense that burning a cross (one of the main Christian symbols) that the person would be protesting against Christianity not against the ethinicity of a person.

    I'm asking here well...because this forum is pretty educated and pretty good at digging up information
