Robert does it, time and time again. I still love the "Oh, look what I found" bounce to him and three pointer in the Laker's championship.

    Cheers, Perry.

    Soooooo,
    Spurs finish it off tonight?
    Spurs in 7?
    Pistons in 7?

I said Spurs in 6 all along and I'm sticking with it.

The Pisstons are becoming quite the pest! Defending champs or not, they are exceeding my expectations.

I will be biting my nails for the next 48 hours!

I think you have to give the edge to the Pistons right now. They have found a way to defend Ginobli a lot better and Billups has found his 3 point shot. Well see. If the spurs do pull it off...they better dominate all the way around tomorrow. If they come out 1/2 cocked, then the Pistons will be all over them.

    Great series!

The Spurs biggest concern should be that Ben Wallace's hair was back to braids last night. http://sports.iwon.com/images/200506...621221140.html

It's great to know I got the title of this thread right 6 weeks ago!

Tim Duncan has definitely secured his legacy. He was incredible in the 2nd half!

It was a great series and Detroit is a great team. I would not be surprised to see a rematch next year.

    One gripe...

I thought Ginobli was the more valuable contributor. The Spurs sank or swim on his performance.

What started out as a horrible series turned out to be a very good one. I'm glad The Spurs pulled it out. No more rings for LB!

When Duncan struggled, Ginobili struggled. One thing to consider is that Duncan had 7 double-doubles (in 7 games!) and carried the Spurs when it mattered - game 7.

Duncan is the greatest power forward to ever play the game!

Well its another year and another NBA playoff series. I just have to say, its got to be tough blowing a 20 point lead in the late third quarter and losing........

    Go Lakers!

I'm hoping the Lakers pull a rabbit out the old hat.... You can't discount the spurs... and I like duncan for the simple fact you don't hear much about him... he does his job and stays out the news. The entire team really.

In the East I don't see Boston or the Pistons winning against the Lakers or Spurs. Hell, boston almost lost to the Cavs and Hawks.... how sorry is that....

even lifelong lakers fans like me respect the Spurs. They are a great organization and Duncan and the rest of the team are great role models as to how athletes should conduct themselves. If they win or lose, its with dignity. (they are going to lose though)
