I'm on day4 of being a non-smoker and being able to connect with the net support group from anywhere with my treo really helps. Also, My Last Cigarette is a GREAT program for the treo and it's been helpful. Woo Hoo!

Hah, just found out from my previous post that the term for a female dog is banned here. Watch: My dog Belle just had 6 puppies. The ***** is sought after because of her pedigree.

No 650 yet but I also am in my third day of kicking IT. So I feel your pain literally In fact you post started giving me craving to just light one more up.
But I am fighting the feeling off. I am getting a different view of other drug addicts. It is tough to change your habits, as the feeling creeps into your head while doing the most common of thing. Driving, studying waking up in the morning and of course reading TreoCentral. I was almost a two pack a day person so this is major for me. I have to go out with no money or credit cards because I fear I will break down. But soon I will reward myself with a new T650!
No one can understand unless you go through it yourself.
    Good luck

Good luck to you guys. I quit about 8 yrs ago (2 pack a day smoker) and it changed so much about my life. I joined a gym and started eatier healthier (because of the weight gain) and I no longer STINK. Stick with it and you will be glad in the long run that you did.

Thanks for the link!, I had a setback today while cleaning out the car I ran into a cig. I stared at it a while, played with it and then said what the heck One Won’t hurt, pulled out the lighter and took a puff. Then it for some reason (maybe the initial light headiness) it slipped out of my hand and fell into a small puddle of water. Must have been a sign. I have now cleared out all possible locations for that stray cig. and I tossed all my lighters and washed out everything that smells like smoke.
Thanks to all for your supportive thoughts.
