Might need to improve your cooling. . . take a look at a notebookstand with fans.

Just a bit off topic here guys...

I have an antec cooler. It's sad that it works better when the fans are reversed, but it works none the less. Either way, last night I blew my card, Alienware is sending me a new one...There has to be a way to overclock the card damn it. It's kind of starting to irritate me.

As far as the 10/15 speeds....those might be for those bricks from hell Dell, this is an Alienware w00t!

uhm, do a volt mod to jack up the voltage applied to the chip and convert over to water cooling. That'll near garuntee you some more oomf.

But overclocking varies, some things will overclock a lot some won't overclack much at all.

It's a laptop, though it is user-upgradable, it's not that upgradable, water-cooling is a no-go. Not quite sure how to up the volts on a laptop either. Thanks though.

Nice laptop you got there, SprintTreo600! That bad boy is fully equipped!

My company just ordered me a Sony VGN-S270 laptop. Here are the specs:

    - 13.3" WXGA TFT with XBRITE LCD Technology
    - Intel Pentium M 2.0 GHz Processor 755 (2MB L2 Cache)
    - 1 GB DDR-SDRAM (DDR333, 512 MBx2)
    - 80 GB Hard Disk Drive (5400 rpm)
    - ATI Mobility RADEON 9700 64MB Graphic Chipset
    - Intel Pro/Wireless LAN b/g with Bluetooth Technology
    - DVD+-RW drive 4x
    - Lithium-ion Large Capacity Battery (battery life up to 9.5 hours)
    - Weight: 4.2 lbs

I'm pretty excited. Can't waited til it arrives.

Would love to help you out with your question, but I don't know too much about overclocking.
