Sweet!!! I too would like to see pics. I used to have a 69 fastback, but it was stolen several years ago.

My current Mustang is a 2005 GT convertible.

Not me. Was it stolen in 1969? If so, it may have been some dude named Ted. I believe he needed one since he drove his Olds off a bridge.

LOL...ahh, good old Ted. Always good for a laugh.

It was stolen in 1993 (I had to look that one up in my records!). I miss that damn car...I only had it for less than a year, and had been restoring it the whole time. I had it on the road for maybe a month when it was taken from outside a gf's house in the middle of the night.

Oh well, the new one more than makes up for it!!!

Nothing special... but it has most of the goodies like disc brakes, bigger rear drums, brake cooling scoops, shelby aluminum engine components. +300 HP 289 (mild), 5 speed, tri y headers, 2 1/4 flowmaster exhaust w/ 3 chamber mufflers, etc... Still need to fix my fiberglass hood or scoop my steel one and maybe redo my woodgrain steering wheel

Mechanically 95% new or rebuilt (suspension and trans and engine and brakes and all) within the last year and road tested on a trip to Mexico. I can use a new driveshaft and will get a paint job soon

Just put a $400 header kit on my 94 x-cab and it doesnt fit..

Header fits fine, connector (1041015) has a weird bend toward the frame that causes contact with the torsion bar mount. LCE says its Toyotas fault. "Toyota did some weird things", they say. I say they welded the flange on at the wrong angle or something. They want to send me the connector for the 4 runner which is a slip and clamp deal (1041012). I dont like the idea of spending 4 hundy just to end up rigging it in the end.

    What would you do?

    any advice is apprieciated.
