OK... That quick there is a problem and it is solved...
BlueStacks didn't like my graphics card driver. Found a workaround real quick on a gaming forum and now BlueStacks is installing...

Hmm... I tried putting a few of the apps I bought on there, and half of them won't work. N.O.V.A. 3 gives network error, Aquaria says graphics settiings problems. But Minecraft seemed to start. Not sure what magic it's using.

Well a reboot after install helps.
Last night, Coin Dozer was pretty choppy. After I powered up this AM it looks much improved. Still a bit sketchy in the animation, but I've seen that on an Android tablet before as well. Something about that App - it rarely looks smooth when first starting up. All the permissions snooping around maybe??? Rail Maze is running buttery smooth. Gateway NV53, Windows 8 Pro AMD 2.0 GHz dual core, 4GB RAM, on board ATI Radeon HD 4200 using 1/2 GB of System RAM... BTW - BlueStacks is @ version "Beta 1."
