    Hey! It's day 3 of Fitness Month 2013! What exercise have you done today (or yesterday)? What are you planning to do today?

    February is fitness month at Mobile Nations, and you know what that means? We all get together to get in shape, share tips and tricks and recipes for success, review amazing apps and accessories, give away great prizes, and have a ton of fun!

    This here is as our first contest, STEPPING UP! Every day this week there'll be a thread right here in the forums -- starting with this one! -- and all you have to do to enter to win is tell us what exercise or activity you did today. It can be walking or running, playing soccer or doing yoga, swimming or dancing -- anything that makes you move. If you have a Fitbit, Nike Fuelband, JAWBONE UP, or any gadget with a pedometer, you can simply share your results!

    At the end of each day, we'll pick one winner and give them a $20 webOS Nation Store gift certificate. How's that for motivation?!

    Yesterday I did a three mile run. Well, more accurately I attempted a three mile run, and walked probably close to half a mile of it (in spurts).

    The readings from the Nike Guiltband: 3.65 miles, 7463 steps, and 2436 points.

    Today I was planning on bumping up my anerobic arms/core exercises to a 26 count (the goal being to increase by one every time I do it), but I have to leave early for work and I just don't do well exercising in the afternoon. We'll see - I'm sure the Guiltband will kick in and force me to do something, lest I not hit my goal.

    Yesterday
    40 minute Ab kettlebell workout (morning)
    30 minutes cardio kettlebell workout (afternoon)
    1 Mile jog
    Again issue seems to be sitting at desk staring at PC monitor all day. Really need to remind myself to get up and move more often.

    Woke up late today, only rode 10 miles on my bicycle.

    I don't see daily winners announced, how's this contest work?

    Today, after a long day of writing software on the Touchpad, I hopped on the elliptical and gave it a good 30 minutes. The machine claims that is about 500 calories! Bring on the sandwiches!
