    Hi all,

She was in the "quiet" car...why didn't she move to a non quiet car or text people? I love to talk on the phone, but even I can't talk for 16 hours. Having a cell phone means using it wisely and to be considerate of others around you.

    Take care,

    Jay

I saw that story in several places and thought it was so funny. She deserved to get asked to leave. But which cell phone gets 16 hours talk time??? Was she charging it a lot?
HP has officially ruined it's own platform and kicked webOS loyalists and early TouchPad adopters to the curb. You think after you drop it like a hot potato and mention it made no money and is costing you money, anyone else wants it??? Way to go HP!!

And some people are fools to keep believing their hype. HP has shown they will throw webOS under the bus and people are still having faith in them??? News flash: if it's own company won't stand behind it, it's finished!

16 hours continuous talk is a lot for any cell phone isn't it?

    Hi,

There is a place to plug your phone in on these trains, that's why she was able to talk so long!

    Take care,

    Jay

I don't use Amtrak, I wasn't sure. She also must have unlimited talk, now that I think about it.

Hi, I haven't been on Amtrak in about a decade....I didn't think about the unlimited talk part either.

    Take care,

    Jay

    Hi,

I ride Amtrak often and there is at least one outlet per seat.

    Take care,

    Andrew

Dumbphones are too dumb to tell time, so they often get long into the night before they realize they have to shut down.

Maybe she was just sitting on it.
