    still no topic?

I'm in the northside hospital waiting room and having an 'ip config failure' trying to connect to their open wifi network from my pre.

i'll be losing my job at the end of october, so I wonder if that means more or less time on precentral...

especially since I'm (mostly) on the 'OT wagon'

I find both beverages to be completely pointless.

When I was in the hospital they tested and found out that caffeine has no effect on my BP, so I don't have to stop drinking my coffee! Yay!
    Sent from my favorite gadget!

    New vacuum cleaner?

My wife LOVED it when I suggested that for her gift on our 10th anniversary. Of course, I was conveniently leaving the house right as I suggested that item. =P

a really nice pair of headphones, noise cancelling type perhaps, (so she doesn't have to hear you)

If you can, get a pair that both have bluetooth handsfree capability, AND the ability to be plugged into a jack, should you so desire, for better fidelity.

such as the Nokia BH-905 or the Samsung SBH-600

alternatively, a nice bespoke, or vintage, thorens music box would do the trick.

get her a programmable roomba, so she (or you) do not have to vacuum!

of course the key to making it seem like a great gift would be for you to program the thing before she gets it, then hide it under the couch with a bow on it (or something) and at the appointed date drive it out with the remote and demonstrate its awesome powers.
