    really shouldn't have too many other distractions while on duty. bad enough I have to watch out for llama spit, roaming pygmies, snipers, turtles on the loose, etc.

    I just did a little test and discovered that I'm an "Undertaster", meaning I like sweet stuff. Which might explain why I like the sweeter, white wines.

    You're right about the Riesling - I know next to nothing about wines. I also like chardonnays. I'm not a big fan of the red wines...
