I could probably do that and cover both low-sodium and low-fat/low-sugar cooking, since my ex was diabetic.
    Care to share recipes?

My mom and I eat lots of low-sodium foods, low in fats and sugars.

Our family has a history of diabetes

Anyway, me and NachoB made new sounds for the phone dialer. When you press a number, you hear a voice saying the number instead of the annoying beep sound lol. However, when we convert our new sounds to Palm's pcm format you hear a click right as each sound starts to play. We've been playing around with different settings for a while, but can't solve the "click" issue...

At least we know now that we can change all the system sounds!
I've given up for the moment. The "Captain" says I don't have time to mess with that crap right now Hopefully I can remember where I left off in trouble shooting.
If you found my post useful then please sign up for a Dropbox Account, I could use the extra 250mb of storage.

I used to spend hours on gourmet recipes in the kitchen, then I quit. And I am damn well not going to do that on meals just for myself.

Good cooks don't need a recipe anyway really. They just toss it in.
