Not as awesome as some of yours (spot polishes, nice) but,

At an unlocked workstation (Windows 95-XP PC), hide the mouse (move it to the far right or bottom of the screen), take a screen shot, open MSpaint > paste > set as desktop background. Next, right click the desktop > Arrange Icons By > Uncheck "Show Desktop Icons." Last, shrink the toolbar (may need to unlock it, right click and uncheck Lock the Toolbar).

If done to someone who is not a normal windows user they could be trying to figure out what's going on for a long time. Also, a restart does not fix the problem. Most people can figure out what's going on when they find the toolbar.

    More pranks:
    >Turn the speakers up on a PC that is turned off.
    >Buy a cardboard cutout of someone and leave it places in an apartment (in the shower such that it can only be seen in the mirror when washing your hands, great at parties). One of my apartments came with an Austin Powers cutout.

Now imagine that in the corner of your eye in a dark basement.
I'm a man, but I can change, if I have to, I guess.
    Device history: *free feature Phone*x3 -> LG Rumor -> Palm Pre -> HTC Arrive (3days) -> Samsung Nexus S 4G (28 days) -> Samsung Galaxy S II Sprint Epic 4G Touch -> Palm Pre -> Pre 3

    That reminds me -

    On somebody elses Dell laptop:
Hit CTRL, ALT and any of the arrows to turn their screen sideways or upside-down.

Put some brown Play-Doh all over somebody's front yard.

    Trust me. It works.
My wife and i put it on our friend's living room carpet when they went to the kitchen for a minute.

Needless to say, they were very shocked at their dog, heh heh heh.

    p.s.
It's best if you have a dead fly to put on it.

At lunchtime, sit in your parked car and point a hair dryer at passing cars to see if they slow down.

I didn't do this, but I found it on the interwebs:

    Redecorating on a Budget

When given the opportunity to house sit (water plants and bring in the mail) for some friends, I was given a key and, with it, a license to cause all sorts of mischief.

When the couple came home from vacation to their two-level townhouse, they found all of the furnishings from one floor moved to the other and visa versa. A

fter their initial confusion, they broke into laughter, then called me on the phone and read me the “riot act” (tongue in cheek).

Note: Helping them restore their furnishings to their original location is recommended.
