    I just updated my OS to webOS 1.2.1. After the update, Quick Install nolonger works.
    I turned Developer Mode Off & then back on & no difference.
    Quick Install still stated that it can't locate the device.


    Any thoughts?

    Did you update to the new version...2.5 does not work with WebOS 1.2, or 1.2.1

    Also you might need to reinstall the novacom drivers if it isnt recognizing your pre at all...does it say "No Device Found"?

    +1... Reinstalling Novacom has worked for me.
