I love talking about the Warren Commission, I love talking about the Kennedy assasination as well. The reason I do is because I'm fascinated by it. I'm fascinated that our government could lie to us so blatantly, so obviously for so long, and we do absolutely nothing about it. I think that's interesting in what is ostensibly a democracy. Sarcasm - come on in. People say, "Bill, quit talking about Kennedy man. It was a long time ago, just let it go, alright? It's a long time ago, just forget it." I'm like, alright, then don't bring up Jesus to me. As long as we're talking shelf life here, you know.

if you read the words "drive by media" it does not matter who said it. It make sense. Most of the media gives you a news story that says or reads like they drove by and reported. You should want to know of what is behind the door. They was a time when most media reporting was investigative. Today they are lazy and grab the handout and report. That is drive by. We should demand more and they should be ashamed.

As far as rush, everyone should listen to him as we should all listen to the others like NBC. That way we can hear both sides and for our own informed desision.

President Obama has said to Congress, we all know what's broken, come up with a plan to fix it, Congress' Plan.
I've read through most of your posts on this thread and what you are saying is exactly why most people are fed up with the left. According to you Obama has nothing to do with this health care plan (you must really think we are stupid). As if he wouldn't have to approve whatever they are creating. C'mon man...liberals must think the average American is just plain stupid. Thats the only explanation for your "lawyer-like" defense of Obama on health care. Its not his bill therefore we can't hold him accountable. Ok..sure. You keep on thinking that. We will see in 2010.

You're right. It's the job of the first lady. Remember Hillarycare? This is why Obama left it totally up to our wonderful Democratic party controlled legislature to draft. I guess he tried to learn from her mistake of mapping it all out in a plan.

With both approaches, a presented plan, or a presented objective for a commitee developed plan, the american people have repeatedly REJECTED the notion of a single payer system for healthcare. The ONLY way this will get done is if they ram it through.... like I believe they will.

Now you're just flailing around. It won't "say" single payer, and we all know that. It will have another name or term for it, and it will be a mechanism that will lead to a single payer system because it will drive the evil insurance companies under. Who is left? Uncle Sam. That's more a solution than Republicans have offered.
You must clearly have the same problem in recognizing things that many Democrats and liberals have. Republicans and some democrats have offered alternatives many times. You must have missed it because other than 1 cable news network it is rare that you will see these alternatives in the media. You must have missed it because like President Obama and the Democrats, you pretend there haven't been any alternatives offered by Republicans but even during the most recent address Republicans were waving their alternative plans for health care reform for millions to see (not to mention Obama). I guess you didn't see that though right?

You must also think that Americans are stupid and are not paying attention. Its what your counting on. Your hoping that maybe we are not noticing these alternative plans...most of which make way more sense than the public option that you want to sneak or force by us. Where you are wrong is that we ARE paying attention and when you pretend to not notice people offering alternatives and expect us to believe your crap you wonder why Obama's approval ratings have dropped. Why nobody believes any member of Congress. Its things like that. Keep on doing this though. This will be the demise of this way of thinking. The more insane you sound..the better. 2010 can't come soon enough!

Don't say that no alternative plans have been offered. Its insulting.

BTW..if you haven't noticed. Democrats run everything right now. AND YOU STILL CAN'T PASS THE PUBLIC OPTION. Its not just Republicans. Its the MAJORITY of people. Stop pretending. Stop fooling yourself. You look silly.
