I actually never owned a Visor, I didn't have the money back at the time, I just remember lusting after them from afar (especially the Prism) and Visorcentral's reviews were great. My first foray into PDAs ended up being with my Treo 600, actually, so I didn't have a ton of Springboards or anything that I had no idea what to do with.

My Handspring was/is the Prism. Pretty good for it's day. I had this cool mileage app that would keep track of the amt I paid to fill up, mileage and mpg. It would keep running totals and I could get various reports from the info. Would be nice to see an app like that again. This time for the Pre.

Of course. I remember that crazy VisorPhone idea that Hawkins had that started this whole mess.

Quite fondly my first smart phone was the data module in a Handspring. I had such high hopes for Handspring.
    Avigo > PalmIII > PalmIIIEX > Visor > Prism > Prism w/Data module > Treo 300 > Treo 600 > Treo 650 > Treo 700P > Pre

I thought it was a 6pack. That would be something to look up. What 6 functions were supposed to be included. Voice recording was definitely one of them. External storage was another IIRC.

    Hello from InnoGear:
