When you don't have the original install disc? Do you just drag and drop the whole folder and subfolders onto the disc or do you need to look for it's dlls(if there're any) too? This is so I can reinstall it after clearing out the drive. I'm not sure how to do it properly so it runs with no errors, and don't want to screw up. The only other thing I can think of is downloading off the internet and hope they let me use the same registry numbers and don't demand I pay again.

    Thanks again for everyone's help!

P.S. Don't lose your install discs, LOL!!
HP has officially ruined it's own platform and kicked webOS loyalists and early TouchPad adopters to the curb. You think after you drop it like a hot potato and mention it made no money and is costing you money, anyone else wants it??? Way to go HP!!

And some people are fools to keep believing their hype. HP has shown they will throw webOS under the bus and people are still having faith in them??? News flash: if it's own company won't stand behind it, it's finished!

You'd need all the files that were copied during installation, both to the program dir and Windows dir, plus any registry changes, so in short no just copying the program dir won't work

If I back up to another hard drive then reinstall from the backup, would that work? Or should I just take a chance downloading online?
