    Wow....I am a Star Wars fan. That was really good. What part did you have in it's production?

    I directed and produced and wrote with my partner Gerry Santos. That said we had a lot of people involved.I'm glad you liked it. We were trying give the feeling of the classic Star Wars movies. If we get enough votes we'll be able to show this on television, which would rock.

    So...how many of the movies get to be aired on TV....just one? Do the viewer's votes or Lucas get to decide the winner(s)?

    I don't know. They didn't say. My guess is that a select few will be shown at the Star Wars Celebration IV in Los Angeles next week and of those 1 or maybe 2 films (fan choice, Lucas' choice)will be picked. This is my first time entering but it looks like serious films are new to the mix. I'm wondering if they might have a best comedy, best fan fiction and best animated film winner.

    I like the idea of the categories. IMHO, There is little doubt that yours will be right there among the top, if not the best. Revelations has some cool multi world effects, but I thought the casting and acting was really bad which made it hard for me to enjoy it on the level it had potential for. I voted for yours.

    Thanks again guys to everyone here for the support. I'll let you know what happens after Sunday. Gerry and I aren't expecting to win any awards which is fine as long as someone from Lucasfilm comes up to us and offers us a job. We hope you guys liked the movie and if any of you will be at Celebration 4 let me know and we'll meet up and say hey.

    Thanks again,

    Just wanted to thank everyone who voted on our film. We won both "BEST DRAMA" and "FAN CHOICE". Gerry and I were shocked. We thought we had a chance at winning the Best Drama award, but to win two, especially the fan favorite, is fantastic.

    Thanks agin guys and may the force be with you.

    P.S. I don't have a pictures yet, but It will be on our website soon www.spearshield.com

    <Sigh>

    Long Story Short....

    No! It's sad because that was the big prize for us.

    I still have hope that someone will see it and we'll get work out of it and it's pretty cool when kids (and adults) come up and say that they thought they were watching a Real Star Wars film.

    Awesome, DarkFox!!!

    Loved it. Very well done. It was a very good storyline. I think that would be an intersting full length picture too.

    Me too

    Seriously, Thanks for watching it. We're trying to make the jump to directing. Forced Alliance was shot as a pitch to be part of the creative team working on the live action Star Wars Series. Hopefully someone will see it and like it enough to give us a shot on it or another project.
