    We need to get more mexicans who know how to make really good burritos to come to the US (and England) to teach gringos. Eating the real thing with a hot homemade tortilla, homemade salsa, fresh cilantro and carnitas, carne machaca, fresh fish or just roasted mexican squash and red peppers is something amazing.
    Fresh bread is brilliant anyway isn't it? I used to love donner kebabs in fresh nan bread. The filling was dreadful but the bread was something else.

    yes, there is a huge difference between bagged nan and the fresh stuff, same with tortillas, same with tamales, which are popular around the holidays here in California. A fresh tamale and a Modelo beer, thats what I want for Christmas!
