I am planning to buy the new Sony A100 DSLR (I have Konica Minolta glass which is compatible with this body). The A100 accepts Memory Stick Duo and CF cards. Which should I go with and why?
No more rhymes...and this time I mean it!

CF cards tend to be cheaper, but make sure you get a fast one, older ones are a bit slow..

Thanks ToolkiT, the DSLR can take MS Pro and CF Type 2 (not Type 3). The advantage to the MS Pro is that my laptop has a built-in reader for it without carrying around an extra reader. My printer will accept both CF and MS Pro.

Is the CF Type 2 faster than a Pro? The difference in price on a 2GB is $25...not a deal breaker so I want the better performer considering speed and battery drain.

If your laptop can read MS (pro) cards I would go for that.

Battery usage difference will be irrelevant compared to the usage of the display I think, so that is prob. not a mayor concern..
