Can we say the noise level is getting louder? The Sprint 700 Train has left the station!

He said he could now confirm the 700P, and it should be in his stores by the first week of June. He says the 700W will also be out around the same time frame, if there are any more delays with the 700P the 700W (he actually kept referring to it as the windows edition) might beat the 700P to the store.
Props to you and your more forthcoming source(s).

Hey Jack! Check it out !!

I think it would totally rock if both versions were released on Sprint at the same time. Personally I'm slightly (emphasis on slightly) unsure of whether I would like a 700w instead of a p (I know, blasphemy). I do like the idea of multitasking. If only one phone is released on Sprint, I will certainly buy that phone. I have been a loyal Sprint customer for a long time, and will continue to be.

    And now:
My 700P will be better than your 700p!

    Signed,
    The n00b!

    P.s. Bow before me!

Merlyn, does it ever irk you when some people still argue that the 700p might not exist?

I don't think Sprint reps are capable of accepting delivery on two models. they have a one model per week mental capacity.

    No Hollywood?

A dual release of the 700P and 700W on Sprint?

Pictures of an antenna-less slimmer GSM unit that is what, if not Hollywood?

    A GSM 700W?

Brighthand defending itself on the TC forum.

    Hi Perry,

Here is the question... Do you "upgrade" to the 700W (from the 650) with lower screen res and no EDVO if you are a Cingular subscriber?

    Ouch.

Can I waffle and say let's wait to see if you get both OS flavors, the Palm version most likely having 320x320?

    I waited out the Treo 600 because I couldn't do the 160x160.

(To keep the question clean, let's assume PalmOS.)
Would I go up to Ev-DO but down to 240x240?

If it was 160x160, absolutely not.
240x240 -- I would have to do a lot of side by side comparing.
    Alot of soul searching.
And then I would probably do it.

    That was painfull.

(Do I move to WM5? Not at this time -- so in the case of your question as stated -- No I would not "upgrade.")

    Cheers, Perry.

I think you should just get that 8125.

O.K., no EDVO and 320 res? I do not fill the memory and the 2G card is more than enough, even with a couple of movies. But I've had the phone long enough to where I'm getting bored - it may be time to go to the dark side.
