That sucks! I hope you feel better soon.

BTW, did you get a program to wipe all your data in case of theft or loss?
HP has officially ruined it's own platform and kicked webOS loyalists and early TouchPad adopters to the curb. You think after you drop it like a hot potato and mention it made no money and is costing you money, anyone else wants it??? Way to go HP!!

And some people are fools to keep believing their hype. HP has shown they will throw webOS under the bus and people are still having faith in them??? News flash: if it's own company won't stand behind it, it's finished!

    Franko,

Does the Butler remote erase feature really, really work? Did you try this out as a test previously? I'm always a little skeptical whether such features really work or not. I'm intrigued by this feature, and am considering getting it myself.

    Thanks, Casey

On my Treo 600 and on my PPCs I always have a SMS trigger wipe in addition to security wipe. I also have my SD card and other vital folders in storage and memory encrypted. Small and easy steps for piece of mind when this happens.....and it will happen to all of us at least once in our lives.

I can tell you first hand it works. I tested it and forgot to take out the SD card several months ago and wiped out everything. I had to start over from scratch.
