Are the anti-American resistance in Iraq the first ones to behead anyone ever in the world? Why do you think they are so special because of this? And why do you think your Muslim neighbor will come around to behead you? Is your Chinese neighbor going to run you over with a tank?

Think of these groups as very powerful KKK eor example. I don't think however that some governments are doing enough to control the spread of extreem attitude.
Never said you did...but let me ask you something? Have you been on the street protesting over these "very powerful KKK" members? Has anyone? It seems the hardliners are much more seen than the moderates...and the moderates don't even seem to publicly denounce the hardliners (no...I don't consider this publicly denouncing it). Think about KKK marches in recent years...it's met by a HUGE protest by all races!

    Huh?! Let me paraphrase...
Muslim guy: "Here's a booklet on being a Muslim, would you like to be a member?"
    Non-Muslim guy: "nope"
Muslim guy: "Fine...then war is waged! We'll make you muslims, but only if you bare arms when we attack you. If you stand idly by and not bare arms against a foreign attacking army...then you shall be spared!"

Did I sum it up correctly? Sounds peaceful to me!

My Muslim "neighbor" flew airliners into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. I buy takeout from my Chinese neighbors.

Is it the "anti-American resistance" that blows up school girls in Iraq? Just wondering...

Obviously, the acknowledgement of universal rights is not the same thing as agreement about every instance of how best to administer them.

The United States will not submit itself unquestioningly to any international body that may have parts chaired by countries such as Cuba or Libya or North Korea. I'm sorry you have a problem with that. If you'll set aside your contempt for the US, I think you'll find we can agree there are some universal moral truths.

    Advance,

Please don't use those images in your sig. Besides using current crime victims image to propagate a hateful message for that twisted website, Jill Carroll herself would object to her image being used in such a hateful manner.

btw, the site is not twisted at all. They don't report stories they reprint them from the worldwide media. They show recent pixs of the mujadeen on their crusade to wipe out Christians Hindus, and atheists alike.

Blaming all of Islam for extremists is like blaming all of Christianity for Eric Robert Rudolph.

Agreed, why would they. He was an individual whack job. I don't think all of Islam is to blame, but I'm beginning to think it is the majority.

Agreed. Let's also recognize that Islam has more than its fair share of Eric Robert Rudolphs. Way, way more.

"A security guard has been shot dead at a fertility clinic in East Melbourne. Police say they've recovered a firearm and have a suspect, a male, in custody. The shooting happened at about 10.15am, inside the Melbourne Fertility Control Clinic on Wellington Parade."

"it took Judge Michael L. D'Amico of Erie County Court less than 24 hours to find Mr. Kopp guilty of second-degree murder for killing the doctor, Barnett A. Slepian, with a single shot fired from a high-powered rifle. The bullet pierced the doctor's kitchen window and killed him as he emptied his pockets onto a desk after coming home with his wife and four sons from a memorial service for his father at the family's synagogue on Oct. 23, 1998."

"Fugitive Clayton Waagner said he is the sender of a series of anthrax threats to family planning clinics, and said he plans to begin killing 42 clinic workers he has identified, according to a fellow anti-abortion militant who says Waagner held him at gunpoint Friday."

I kind of doubt that. 1 in 100 Americans are Muslim, you know. Thats the same as the number of Jews. They not all outside your borders. Its worrying the way you think though. It makes me suspect that if a Muslim did move in next to you you may decide to do a "first strike" and "take him out", in preemptive self-defense, you know.

Man, you have a long way to go to catch up to the Muslim murderers. Check out www.religionofpeace.com to see what they have accomplished since 09/11/2001.

Amazing how many of you have more disdain for law abiding Christians than the Muslims that murder people.

    All nut cases.

Could you point me to a cite that has an influential Christian leader calling all followers of Christ worldwide, to rise up against physicians and staff members that assist with abortions and to kill all who practice that procedure in the name of Christ?
