    While that is saddening, I have a feeling that won't affect business too much. And they'll be able to get back in some way.

    I do not see how this is a punishment towards Cingular or a benefit to consumers....
    So to me its goes against everything the BBB is for!
    Now cingular can cut payroll by getting rid of some customer support since they can't be reported anyways.....
    Only ones hurt in this are the customers in my opinion
