I returned a Treo over two months ago and I have still not been credited for it. I am having a heck of a time working with Cingular to get this resolved. I've talked to many different Cingular CSRs and many "credit inquiries" have been made, but nothing has come of it. What makes things worse is that I get a different department everytime I call back to check on it. Does anyone know of a direct number I can call to get this issue escalated? One rep I talked to told me they have a department dedicated solely to "escalated" issues. They even told me that my issue would be referred to this dept, but I never heard back. What I need is one person who can work on my issue who I can call back to check on how things are progressing.
