    ok.
my 270 died. i had baught it semi-used from a friend. im on the phone with t-mo right now. i want to see what they say. weather they will even send me a replacment 270, charge me for a replacment, or :shudders with exitment: possibly send me a 600 for a price. ive been with them for about 4 years, so im hoping to get some sort of loyalty thing. ill keep you.....

...ok, they just told me that they will do an exchange......

...ok...they transfered me to some guy in india. it was a really bad connection, but i think he said something about shipping me a refub unit or something. has anyone else been in this situation, and if so, what happens. he said hed ship it out soon, but im not sure if they are going to repair this one or what.

usually, they will send you one in a box. then you return the broken one in the same box.

did they ask for a credit card?

i think you should of gotten an email. but i'm not sure about that.

I forget how to do a total reset on the 270. something like hold the up arrow key button as you hit the reset. it will give you an option to erase all data.

do one last sync b4 u do.
