You can set this yourself on a GSM Treo without a call to Cingular -

1st make sure you write down the current phone number for the voice mail center - you can see it on the phone call preferences menu.

To change it, you need to "dial" the following number:
    *61*[dest]*11*[sec]#

Where [dest] is your current number (including the + if you have one) and [sec] is the number of seconds your phone rings until the call is transfered to the voice mail center. 5,10,15,20,25, & 30 are the valid values for [sec].

There are a bunch of other codes that are supported on most GSM networks - http://www.geckobeach.com/cellular/secrets/gsmcodes.asp has some of them listed.

    http://www.arcx.com/sites/GsmFeatures.htm has some others.

That's odd.. I called once and they told me I could have something like 8, 15, 20, 25, or 30s.
