Ordered from telesales in Brentwood TN on 11/25. told I was -97 on backorder list. Called every few days...still on backorder, stock coming in soon...website indicated backorder. Saturday AM American Express called (12/06) to verify the charge, I thought YIPPIE - it will ship soon! Called Wednesday (12/10) and it WAS CANCELLED! No note in the system, no problem with credit card (it was never charged) no nothing...apparently some boob in CS screwed it up when they checked on it for me. (The website still indicates that I have an order on backorder - BUT I AM NO LONGER IN THE REAL SYSTEM)

Have left 5 or so messages for my original rep to call me, have left messages for his supervisor to call me - NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

SO, if you think you have an order in - YOU MAY NOT. And if you call to check - YOU MAY END UP GETTING CANCELED WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE. WEBSITE NOT TIED IN. TOTAL CRAPSHOOT.
