Anybody know whether the Tungsten will work on T-Mobile's network? I know deals have been structured so AT&T is the prefered carrier, but I was wondering if you can use it with T-Mobile. Major concern: Level-10 GPRS offered in the Tungsten vs. lower level GPRS in the current Handspring/T-Mobile solution. I know the GPRS radio in the Handspring has a limitation-- I was wondering if there is also a limitation on the T-Mobile end...

    Thanks....

Since the Tungsten W is a true GSM phone w/ 1900 mhz freq, it will work on T-Mobile's GSM network.

GPRS will work with the Tungsten W as well, however, it depends on whether T-Mobile will have Level 10 GPRS out when the T|W releases.

Yes, that seems to make sense. Since the Tungsten uses a SIM, you could take the SIM from the Treo and put it in the Tungesten.

As for my other question-- does anyone know what level GPRS T-Mobile can support now? Can it support the higher speed radio that will be in the Tungsten?
