I advised her that I would cancel my plan and NOT pay a termination fee if this is not resolved by Sunday...... This is SAD for Sprint..... Verizon is looking goood again....

    The problem seems to be fixed in my area (NYC) . . . maybe there's hope for San Francisco!

    I just called in again, made my SOB story, and demanded a call back from a manager. If not, tomorrow I plan on taking some PTO (Thanks Sprint !) and finding a way into the phone tree in Kansas City... I can't believe this can take over 3 weeks to resolve. I am demanding that they create a new account for me and port my number or at least forward my calls ! Everyone needs to keep pushing at them.

    Vision Problems?

    Always.

    Can't say for sure, but I think the Vision issues may have been resolved on my end. Prior to today I wasn't able to navigate between pages online without getting an error message for every other attempt and VersaMail would not connect at all. I logged on today with no problem and VersaMail worked as well. I also sent a pic via text messaging that worked. I'm not sure if that was a problem before, but I read others weren't able to. Hopefully there won't be any future issues.

    Nope, not fixed in Northen California. I still have the same problem with the Web and Picture Mail If it wern't for the help with the HA numbers, I would have nothing.

    I finally got a hold of a manager last night who vowed to reolve this issue by Thursday and actually call me back. They said I would be fixed ASAP as I was one of the first people to report this problem on Oct 23rd. Let's see if they are telling the thruth.

    Anything New Here? I still get the same "Realm" error when I put back in the "browser" numbers.

    Well, at least I got a new 650 with the new Sprint logo on it!!!!

    How about trying your fix from earlier? Of course we still can not get on any Sprint sites, send Picture ail, etc, but at least there is some Web functionality with your fix !!! Dir Assist works fine for the most part.

    Anyway, today is the day for me. Sprint is calling me back at 2:00 PST to let me know if they have resolved this issue or If I wuill be speaking with a manager in corporate to getout of my contract.... This is truely the most reduiculous thing I have ever dealt with in dealing with Sprint. I also filed a BBB complaint yesterday, which means someone from the Regulatory dept will most likely call me by next Monday. I will write back later.

    I already did change the settings back...every few days I put the old settings back in to see if they work...no go.

    its a problem with treo and smart phones with sprint. I could not log into vision for about a week. could not send pics messaging. sprint is working on it, they know its a problem. I live in maryland and it works now. since I called them to be ticketed for this problem. but there's nothing u can do but wait.
