    No it wasn't I called Sprint's CS because my bill for the past 2 months was unusally high. Long story short,they nixed my PCS-PCS calling deal when I decreased my total minutes from 4500 - 3500. I told them to keep everything the smae except the minutes. Sure enough they removed PCS-PCS without telling me so I had them give me a credit for all the PCS-PCS calls I made during May, June, and July. Needless to say I got a $300 credit. So I was on the phone with Sprint for 40 mins. and I was wondering if they would charge me.

    PS. They also nixed my Unlimited Vision! Got that taken care of as well.

    NRG: don't you find it a little odd that you call to change ONE thing and sprint pcs jacks up 3 other things (it's almost like they do it intentionally hoping you won't notice nor will you sit on the line for the 45 min to get it fixed) :-(

    Is it me, or do they do it in waves??? Three different friends of mine said voice dialing popped up on their bill recently. Last week I looked on my bill, and there it was. I declined the free "trial" whenever they offered it. I looked at my old bills and noticed they had been charging me for the last 4 months!!! CS would only refund the last 2 though.
