Anyone know how to get into this?

I'm not thrilled with the reception on it. We've got five assorted Verizon phones in our house, and the 650 is far and away the worst reception. The other phone are showing five out of five bars, and the Treo is showing one to three out of four.

I'd like to look at some signal strenght readings on it to compare it to the other phones.

I've got a few more days in my 15 day worry free guarantee, and am trying to decide if I should swap it.

So, I know this is probably a stupid question, but don't I hit "dial" after that?

It just dials Verizon who tells me to check my number...

The Debug screen should come up as soon as you hit the last #. You don't have to hit Dial. Maybee the Verizon version works differently. I have Sprint.

To pull that up on a Verizon phone use #*#33284 then hit dial.
