Where ever I go on my 650's browser with vision, I'm getting a HTTP Error 403.

    I've tried

    http://vision.sprintpcs.com

    http://www.treocentral.com

    http://www.tivocommunity.com

and all return this error. Anyone else seeing this?

A soft reset cured it. Wonder what was causing it. I have never had that happen before.

I don't know if you tried this before the soft reset, but usually turning the phone off and back on takes care of that problem for me.

Dial ##377 to check the crash log.

Something that can happen with the Vision Connection is that the phone "thinks" it is still hooked up to the internet when it really isnt anymore. The grey bars are still there, but if you try to get email or go to a web page, it will not connect. Some programs that do a hard disconnect from the internet can solve this at times, otherwise, soft reset is the best way to get it back up and running.

Not just a 650 issue, used to happen with my 300 and a friends 600

When you get that error, simply disconnect and reconnect. I get that error sometimes and this has always worked for me.

I am now getting that error after the 1.08 upgrade. Seems to have started when I hit the cancel button during an attempt to connect to the Sprint network. Neither phone on/off nor a soft reset have fixed it.

I soft reset a second time and now the error has disappeared.

I have been getting this error allot lately. Resets and on/off of the phone don't seem to help. I can still check my mail, and the rss reader works fine.

The problem will usually go away after half an hour or so. Yesterday I waited almost an hour before I could use it again.

This kind of persistent error is probably a network issue in your area with Sprint. Check with them, but good luck, as their support is uneven.
