    I consistently have problems accessing the SprintPCS web page using both Internet Explorer 6 and Firefox 1.0. It is deathly slow and often links respond with "Document contains no data."

    Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

    only for the last six years that i've been a sprint customer....one of the most poorly architected web infrastructures i've seen from a huge company. reauthentication repeatedly just for clicking links within an already authenticated session. regular, random, 'we're sorry, but we're doing maintenance, please try later'. 'sorry, the cleaning staff unplugged the server to plug in their vacuum cleaner, we'll be back online shortly'.

    execrable.

    I usually have problems too. Cant see invoices, etc.
    My Treo has more memory than I do.
