I recieved a faulty treo 600 like some of the others that I have read about on the msg board. The speaker phone was just unbareable. Although I never used it I couldnt take keeping a defective unit. So I sent it back in on the 18th of November and sprint recieved it on the 24th. Now its dec 3rd and I still havent recieved a phone. Everytime I call sprint I get the runaround, there tech support is just the worse. Nobody knows anything. If i dont recieve my phone by tommorrow Im gonna call up again and complain. I hope sprint takes care of my bill or gives me some free minutes because this is a terrible inconvience. I havnt had a phone for 2 weeks. Good thing for portability because right now I may just jump ship.
