I sure have, on my Pre 2. And the solution that has worked great for me is to update PRL by dialing *22890.
I have mode switcher do this for me every morning, and I have not missed a text or received a text late since.
I was the only one experiencing this. My whole family is on Verizon but none other than me has had problems (with texts).
Now that I think about it, my wife got a message from me through WhatsApp (Mojo Whatsup) tonight while I was eating dinner.....and it was a message that I sent while I was on my way home. That makes the delay about an hour....not sure if that is even related. She is using a GS3.
