So Asurion is involved either way, whether or not you are required to pay the deductible.

If you've got a nice Sprint store that likes to give out replacement phones, that's awesome. But don't confuse that with TEP policy.
I've gotten it replaced with TEP over the phone as well, not just in a store. It is TEP policy.

Regardless of whether Asurion is ultimately behind it, the extended warranty policy requires no deductible, which is what I initially said. It's not a matter of having a store that likes to give out replacement phones, it's a matter of having a store that reads their memos.
