Sprint and Kyocera sure set the bar low this week. HP can only go way up from here!

omg I actually feel bad for sprint now. This is so sad if they thought this would be big. They better jump on whatever hp has.

Wow. What an ugly phone. **** ugly. They actually held a press conference for this thing?

Well, at least we know that just about any future webOS phone could be a flagship for Sprint. Times like these are why I actually don't mind paying a little more for big red.

Just 42 hours left until we see some real hardware worth talking about! (I hope!)

It just seems like a niche device to me. I'm not saying it isn't interesting, just a niche device.

Wow i was really hoping for some cool new service from sprint. Not that joke of a device. The concept is interesting, but its ugly and seems like a gimmick not something that would sell like crazy. Obviously no one carea about it because people were begging sprint to not have that be their announcement before the event. I hope sprint doesnt pass up hp for that thing. Hp is a far better company and if hp phones dont appear on sprint, sprint will have a hard time retaining customers.

This is just a horribly run company. Who thought this was a good idea to hype up? Compared to this hyping New Coke seems sensible.

Someone sat in meetings agreeing that this would help a company struggling for market share? I'm kinda blown away cause it seems obviously wrong. Like men wearing UGGS.

    ha ha.

well if it's any consolation it may make it more likely that they grab a WebOS phone. I don't see how it could possibly get a worse reception for sprint customers.

Wow, what a joke. Sprint, the behind network. I had big hopes for this announcement and was holding off on a new phone. Kyocera??

I think webos is the best thing about the pre, but, every time I use my friends' iPhone I can't help but think that apple does it right. I don't want to pay that much for an iPhone though. The pre is slow, buggy and cheaply made. My wife and I are probably going to Virgin for the Optimus V. It may not be a better phone, but it is comparable with Android 2.2. Way more practical apps to choose from. Plus, the plan is much cheaper for unlimited and it is on the Sprint Network. and no contract. I'll probably be back in a year when Sprint has something better to offer with 4g. Until then, I'll save 1k a year by switching. I hope palm really does their homework and makes these next phones fantastic..... Otherwise, they will sure be glad they were bought by HP.
