It was kinda fun trying to play games with the NDA. Playing 20 questions in a dead language would have been easier.

    I had a million and one "I can't tell you that" 's.

The thing is, that it isn't likely to be anything Palm related. Android possibly, and Windows Phone 7 possibly. Again, no definites. I don't want to get anyone fired.

I didn't get the feeling it was simply a Blackberry thing, though it might.

No the person I was talking with is. Like I said, 20 questions in a dead language.

"Is it worth it to stay with Sprint up until the Feb7th announcement?"

    "Yes"

    "Will there be phones announced?"

    "I can't tell you that."

"Will there be electronical things potentially thought about being announced?"

    "It's possible."

    "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh"

    "I know."

The 3 plus comes from a question like this...

"How many phones will there be?"

    "I can't tell you that"

"Would it be possible that both hands might be busy at this announcement?"

    "Yes"

I figure T-Mobile has already announced the first 3D phone going to their network. Sprint is upping the ante with a holographic phone with a built in 3D Printer.

Kyocera Phone != Impossible. There will likely be a network announcement of some sorts. They will announce phones no doubt, but thats not it. Don't expect any webOS or HP news at this event. Just like everyone was hoping for a superbowl ad. Its just not going to happen. HP is releasing their baby at their event.

Check out this story. A dual touchscreen Android. Tonight we will know for sure.

If you don't want to bother with the WSJ pay wall, InfoSyncWorld has a summary of it with more detail.

    In short:

    - Honeycomb
    - Dual Screen, each 3.5 inches and WVGA. So it's an iPhone that transforms into a 7-inch tablet...kinda.
    - Dual Core processor

Dragging something across a hinge doesn't sound awfully nature to me - still maybe they've got that one figured out.

lol, wow, i had made a comment about something like this in regards to our webOS tablet, but kinda cool to see if my idea is applied to something else.
