Just curious.. We have TEP and I actually have a spare Pre to switch my wife to since her screen is slowly cracking in different areas. I would rather put the TEP in effect and get a replacement.. But what would we be able to get?

Once you have insurance on the phone you're good. However, if the crack/broke screen was cause by you... they won't replace the device at your local store. You would have to go through assurion for a insurance claim. (Note) There will be a 100 dollar deductable.

    Cheers!
