    There aren't any new phone or data plans since the change to the Everything Data/Simply Everything grouping we have now.

    Most likely it is just a different take on the plan. Was it the one with Dan Hesse talking about unlimited calling? If so it is just a different marketing take on the Any Mobile, Anytime positioning it as essentially unlimited calling, which for most customers it is; not all, but most.
