    Guys and Gals,

I was told on the Anyone, Anytime plan that if I was roaming that any calls would be charged to my 450 minutes. I was wondering that if I made calls using Google Voice when I was roaming I could circumvent these charges since data roaming is unlimited.

    Does this sound right??

Google Voice is not VOIP. It connects by making regular calls with your phone.

Even if your call was logged as a call to/from your GV number (while GV fwd's the call to someone in your contact list), you're still roaming....

I believe that GV calls are considered to be landline, so they'd go against your minutes anytime that you use it.
