    I get a new phone and I try it out for 10 days, then decide I don't like it. I then get another phone. Does my 30 days reset or do I only have 20 days left?

    It resets, you get a fresh 30 day satisfaction period.

    Your 30 days do not reset... Wish they did though! :-(

    I've asked sprint CS about this. If so, people would keep swapping out phones and letting the 30 days start right back up.

    Not to mention there is also a $35 dollar restocking fee if you do exchange for a different phone/color.

    Question answered above. Customer service do not work in a store and do not know exchange policy info.

    As long as the device isn't actiovated, you will not be charged with any restocking fees... here is the Sprint return/exchange policy.
