    Simply take the phone back and tell them you need to cancel. Take back your box and everything that came in it. Having your receipt helps.

    yosh, why is he/she not eligible for an airave? Wouldn't that help their situation?

    The Airave would help phone signal (this assumes the area has cable modem/dsl service), but the web would still be 1xRTT.
