On November 23rd I upgraded my old phone (Treo 650) to a Centro, extending my contract by 24 months. I received an email confirmation showing the same thing that I had clicked-on online: $399.99 - $300 promotional discount + tax = $106.24. So far, so good.

When I received my bill today, it listed the phone as $399.99-$250 = $149.99 (+ tax). I called to complain, and the rep said that $50 had been listed in the account as a rebate. I told her that Sprint couldn't do that, I have a receipt which lists a discount, with no rebate!

After checking with her manager, she credited my account $50. A relatively minor hassle, but check your bill if you order a phone.
