Okay, this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I got my replacement phone in the mail today, call up using it, to have it activated, and apparently, they can't tell me the instructions to do it over the phone anymore, and have me just do the two minute step by myself, they have to stay on the line with you the entire time. Considering I don't have a land line, that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I've had a Treo 600 and 700p, (two replacements on the 700p) and they've always been able to tell me the directions over the phone for me to do right after.

So now, after having been on hold for 45 minutes, I have to wait until tomorrow at work to have the new phone activated anyway.
